Amends Arkansas Code § 12-12-1703(15) to clarify the definition of "neglect" under the Adult and Long-Term Care Facility Resident Maltreatment Act

Defines neglect to include acts or omissions by an endangered or impaired person, such as self-neglect

Defines neglect by caregivers as including negligently failing to provide necessary treatment, rehabilitation, care, food, clothing, shelter, supervision, or medical services

Includes caregiver neglect as negligently failing to report health problems or changes in health condition to appropriate medical personnel

Includes caregiver neglect as negligently failing to carry out prescribed treatment plans developed and implemented by the facility or failing to provide goods or services necessary to avoid physical harm, mental anguish, or mental illness
