Amends the definition of "traditional student" under the Arkansas Academic Challenge Scholarship Program to include students who obtain a General Educational Development (GED) certificate instead of a high school diploma.

Allows students who complete high school graduation requirements and obtain a GED certificate during their junior or senior year of high school to qualify as traditional students if they enter postsecondary education as a full-time first-time freshman.

Modifies eligibility requirements in Arkansas Code § 6-85-207(3) to recognize GED certificate holders from private, out-of-state, or home schools as eligible for the scholarship program if they achieve a minimum composite score of 19 on the ACT or equivalent.

Requires qualifying GED students to remain continuously enrolled as full-time students to maintain scholarship eligibility.
