Amends Arkansas Code § 20-22-610(b) to authorize the Arkansas Fire Protection Licensing Board to charge up to $50 for duplicating certificates of registration, individual licenses, Class A and B hydrostatic testing certificates, and apprentice permits.

Authorizes the board to charge up to $50 for issuing new documents when changes to information require document replacement.

Permits firms with multiple physical locations to pay up to $50 per location for additional certificates of registration beyond the primary location.

Declares an emergency because the board's authority to collect certain fees expires on July 1, 2013, and the bill is necessary to maintain current revenue and operations.

Effective date: July 1, 2013.
