• Appropriates $11,838,124 for the Arkansas Economic Development Commission (AEDC) State Operations for fiscal year 2013-2014, including $4,766,525 for regular salaries and $1,000,000 for industry training programs.

• Establishes maximum of 100 regular employees for AEDC with salary ranges from Grade C112 to $138,323 for the AEDC Director.

• Appropriates $109,434,678 in federal Community Assistance funds including $30,000,000 for CDBG grants, $76,425,796 for storm recovery grants, and $1,305,000 for flood recovery grants.
