Amends Act No. 1214 to delay pilot program grants for athletic trainers in public schools from the 2011-2012 school year to the 2013-2014 school year.

Creates the Arkansas Legislative Task Force on Athletic Training in Public Schools, consisting of 12 voting members (3 each from Senate Education, Senate Public Health/Welfare/Labor, House Education, and House Public Health/Welfare/Labor committees) and 8 nonvoting members from state departments and professional associations.

Task force shall meet at least quarterly, with a chair selected by majority vote of voting members; legislative members receive reimbursement for expenses and per diem; the task force is abolished on December 31, 2014.

Task force shall study health care issues for secondary student athletes, evaluate athletic training curriculum, monitor standards of care, explore funding for pilot programs, and submit a written report to both education committees by November 1, 2014.

Bureau of Legislative Research shall provide staff support for the task force.
