Create a special license plate bearing a "Constable" decal for eligible constables elected under Arkansas Constitution Article 7, Section 47 and currently serving in their county of residence

Design the plate as a standard license plate with a permanent decal reading "Constable" replacing the "Natural State" legend at the bottom

Charge a $10.00 handling and administrative fee for initial application, with standard vehicle registration and licensing fees; renewal requires only standard vehicle registration and licensing fees; replacement plates cost $10.00

Require constables to provide proof of current constable status when applying for or renewing the special license plate annually

Deposit the $10.00 administrative fee into the State Central Services Fund for the Revenue Division of the Department of Finance and Administration as supplemental funding, not direct revenue

Make the act effective January 1, 2014
