Amends Arkansas Code Title 27, Chapter 24, Subchapter 14 to authorize the Department of Finance and Administration to issue a special license plate for the Arkansas Nurses Association.

Special license plate shall be designed by the Arkansas Nurses Association and submitted for approval by the director under promulgated rules, with consecutive numbering.

Vehicle owners must pay $25.00 as a design-use contribution (remitted monthly to the Arkansas Nurses Association) plus a $10.00 handling and administrative fee (deposited into the State Central Services Fund).

Special license plates may be renewed annually or replaced following existing procedures under § 27-24-1405, with fees collected remitted monthly to the association.

Effective January 1, 2014.
