Prohibits any person from selling, offering for sale, giving, or furnishing alternative nicotine products (including electronic cigarettes) or their components to individuals under 18 years of age, whether directly, indirectly through agents/employees, or via vending machines.

Defines "alternative nicotine product" as electronic cigarettes or any other product containing nicotine that can be ingested by chewing, smoking, absorbing, dissolving, inhaling, or other means, excluding traditional cigarettes, tobacco products, and FDA-regulated drugs or devices.

Requires age verification before sale by examining a government-issued photographic ID from individuals appearing under 27 years of age to confirm they are at least 18 years old.

Permits remote sales (Internet or mail order) to proceed only if the seller uses an independent, third-party age verification service that compares public records against information provided by the purchaser.
