Amends Arkansas Code § 7-6-203 to treat two or more proprietorships, firms, partnerships, joint ventures, syndicates, labor unions, business trusts, companies, corporations, associations, or committees sharing the same majority owner as a single person for campaign contribution purposes.

Applies the single-person treatment to contributions for each election, whether the race is opposed or unopposed.

Prohibits candidates from knowingly accepting contributions that violate the shared majority owner limitation.

Requires candidates who unknowingly accept violating contributions to return the money to the business entity within five days of determining the violation occurred.
