Amends Arkansas Code § 5-71-217(d) to establish cyberbullying of school employees as a Class A misdemeanor, while general cyberbullying remains a Class B misdemeanor.

Defines "school employee" to include full-time or part-time employees at K-12 public schools operated by school districts or state agencies, public charter schools, and private schools.

Specifies eight categories of cyberbullying conduct including creating fake profiles, posting private or sexual information, posting edited images, accessing password-protected accounts, making repeated electronic communications, distributing unauthorized copies of data, signing employees up for pornographic websites, and signing them up for unwanted mailing lists.

Amends Arkansas Code § 9-27-303(15) to classify cyberbullying of school employees as a delinquent juvenile act for juveniles age ten or older.
