Director of the Department of Finance and Administration shall issue a special license plate for Pancreatic Cancer Awareness designed by pancreatic cancer advocates in the state and approved by the director.

License plate shall be numbered consecutively and issued upon payment of the standard motor vehicle registration fee plus a $25.00 design-use contribution and a $10.00 handling and administrative fee.

The $25.00 design-use contribution shall be remitted monthly to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.

The $10.00 handling and administrative fee shall be deposited into the State Central Services Fund for the Revenue Division of the Department of Finance and Administration as supplemental funding and shall not be counted as direct revenue.

Special license plates may be renewed annually or replaced under existing procedures, with renewal fees also remitted monthly to the fund; effective January 1, 2014.
