Adds new section 5-62-127 to Arkansas Code creating the criminal offense of "interference with a livestock or poultry operation"

Defines "livestock" to include bovines, equines, swine, sheep, goats, camelids, ratite birds, rabbits, poultry, and animals used for food, fiber, fur, leather, medical research, work, sport, exhibit, or entertainment

Makes it illegal to knowingly record images or sound from a livestock or poultry operation by leaving a recording device, obtaining access under false pretenses, applying for employment with intent to record, recording while committing criminal trespass, or making false statements in employment applications to commit unauthorized acts

Allows consent from the operation owner or owner's agent as a defense to prosecution

Classifies recording violations under subdivision (b)(1) as Class A misdemeanors and all other violations as Class B misdemeanors
