Amends Arkansas Code § 24-11-211(d) to increase supplemental pension payments for retired police officers and their survivors under the Arkansas Policemen's Pension Supplement Program.

Retired officers or survivors receiving less than $400 monthly in pension benefits continue to receive supplements raising their total benefits to at least $400 per month.

Retired officers or survivors receiving $400 or more monthly in pension benefits receive a monthly supplement increased from $50 to $100.

Declares an emergency, making the act effective immediately upon Governor approval, veto expiration, or veto override rather than on a delayed effective date.
