Corrects the section heading of Arkansas Code § 2-11-106 from "Limitation on liability" to "Limitation of liability" to match the code section text regarding agritourism activity operator and participant liability protections.

Amends Arkansas Code § 2-16-901 to add introductory language to the Pest Control Compact that was omitted during original codification, including Article I findings regarding the approximately 137 billion dollars in annual losses from pest depredations.

Establishes that the Pest Control Compact is enacted into law and entered into with all other jurisdictions, addressing the migratory nature of pest infestations and the need for interstate cooperation on pest control programs.

Includes a "DO NOT CODIFY" provision specifying that this act shall not repeal acts from the regular session of the Eighty-Ninth General Assembly, with conflicting provisions from those prior acts taking precedence as subsequent amendments.
