Amends Arkansas Code § 8-4-103(i) to clarify references to solicitation and conspiracy definitions under the Arkansas Water and Air Pollution Control Act.

Amends Arkansas Code § 8-4-203(b)(1)(A)(ii) to use the full defined term "nonmunicipal domestic sewage treatment works" for devices or systems operated by non-municipal entities that treat wastewater.

Amends Arkansas Code § 8-4-218(b) to make grammatical corrections to violation notice requirements.

Corrects statutory references in Arkansas Code § 8-5-902(3)(E) from "Priority List" to "Priorities List" and updates the citation from § 8-7-509(e) to § 8-7-509(f).

Makes grammatical corrections to the definition of "hazardous waste" in Arkansas Code § 8-6-203(2)(B) and corrects federal statutory references for pesticide definitions in § 8-6-203(8)(B).
