Amends Arkansas Code § 12-12-314(a) to set State Crime Laboratory fees at not exceeding $225 per hour or $1,800 per day for civil case work, and up to $3,000 per autopsy requested by non-law enforcement officials.

Modifies Arkansas Code § 12-12-906(h)(1) to change sexually violent predator registration verification reporting from every three months to every ninety (90) days.

Amends Arkansas Code § 12-12-906(i) to require local law enforcement to file registration verification with the center in accordance with § 12-12-909, rather than report all information obtained from offenders.

Clarifies Arkansas Code § 12-12-922(b)(5) to specify that local law enforcement may make community notification at the level upon which administrative review has been requested for sexually violent predator evaluations.

Preserves the force and effect of all acts passed at the regular session of the Eighty-Ninth General Assembly, with those acts having priority in case of conflict with this act.
