Requires names and addresses of minors under 18 years old in motor vehicle accident reports to be included but withheld from public inspection unless requestor is the minor's parent, legal guardian, legal custodian, or an insurance company representative involved in the accident.

Mandates that copies of accident reports must redact minor occupant names and addresses unless the requestor qualifies as specified in the bill.

Applies the minor protection restrictions to all accident reports made by the Department of Arkansas State Police and traffic accident investigating officers' reports.

Amends multiple sections of Arkansas Code (§ 27-53-202, 27-53-208, 27-53-209, 27-53-210, and 27-53-305) to cross-reference the new minor protection provisions across all accident reporting procedures.

Effective date: January 1, 2015.
