Amends Arkansas Code § 23-88-502(c) to require a supervising entity to maintain a registry of vendor locations authorized to offer portable electronics insurance coverage in the state, replacing the requirement for vendors to provide individual location lists to the Insurance Commissioner at each calendar quarter.

Requires the supervising entity to produce the registry for inspection and examination during regular business hours upon receipt of a ten-day notice from the Insurance Commissioner.

Amends Arkansas Code § 23-88-506(a)(2) to clarify insurer notification requirements when changing portable electronics insurance policy terms and conditions by specifying that vendors receive a revised policy or endorsement and enrolled customers receive a revised certificate, endorsement, updated brochure, or other evidence of changes plus a summary of material changes.

Consolidates and reorganizes the notification requirements to clearly distinguish between what must be provided to vendors versus what must be provided to enrolled customers when policy changes occur.
