Students enrolled in grades 7-12 in public or private schools may participate in interscholastic athletic or extracurricular activities immediately upon moving into a school district or beginning to attend a new school.

Eliminates any waiting period for student participation in athletics and extracurricular activities when transferring between schools.

Applies to both public and private schools in Arkansas.

Makes it a violation of the Code of Ethics for Arkansas Educators for licensed teachers, administrators, or athletic coaches to recruit students from other schools to participate in athletics programs or extracurricular activities.
