Adds Arkansas Code § 23-79-156 requiring health insurers to impose equal copayments, coinsurance, and office visit deductibles for services by licensed physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists as compared to licensed primary care physicians or osteopaths.

Defines "health benefit plan" to include group and blanket plans issued by health care insurers in Arkansas, excluding individual major medical plans, accident-only policies, and workers' compensation plans.

Applies to licensed physical therapists under §§ 17-93-101 — 17-93-312, occupational therapists under § 17-88-101 et seq., and speech-language pathologists under §§ 17-100-102 — 17-100-308.

Requires insurers to disclose in health benefit plans the availability of physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology coverage along with all related limitations, conditions, and exclusions.
