Amends Arkansas Code § 11-10-507(3)(A) to require unemployment benefit applicants and recipients to pass a drug screen approved by the Department of Workforce Services or a United States Department of Transportation-qualified drug screen as part of demonstrating ability to work.

Requires applicants for unemployment benefits to consent to random drug screening administered to a random sampling of applicants before the first weekly benefits payment and before the thirteenth week of weekly benefits payments.

Denies unemployment benefits eligibility to any person who refuses to submit to a required drug screen or who tests positive for illegal drugs.

Prohibits the results of drug screens from being released or used as evidence for criminal prosecution.

Directs the Department of Workforce Services to adopt rules establishing approved drug screens, approved entities to administer screens, and processes for random screening of unemployment benefit applicants and recipients.
