Repeals Arkansas Code Title 10, Chapter 3, Subchapter 25, which established the Arkansas Cyberinfrastructure Task Force Act.

Eliminates the legislative committee that was composed of state agency directors, committee chairs, and appointed members with expertise in optical networks, high-performance computing, data centers, and related technologies.

Removes the task force's purpose to create and sustain a globally competitive cyberinfrastructure strategy for the state and propose annual legislation recommendations.

Eliminates requirements for the task force to submit annual reports and recommendations to the Joint Committee on Advanced Communications and Information Technology and the Legislative Council.

Removes provisions for staff support from the Bureau of Legislative Research and per diem payments for task force members.
