Adds "or neglect" to the notification requirement when a minor child's death appears to indicate child abuse prior to death under Arkansas Code § 12-12-315(a)(1)(G)

Requires county coroners to notify the Arkansas Child Death Review Panel of the Arkansas Child Abuse/Rape/Domestic Violence Commission or its designee of the death of any infant or minor child under 18 years of age

Establishes a Class A misdemeanor penalty for violation of the coroner notification provisions

Requires county coroners to consult with the State Medical Examiner on any death of a child 18 years or younger if the death was sudden or unexpected, even if the child had an underlying or ongoing medical condition
