Appropriates $125,000 to the Department of Human Services - Division of Aging and Adult Services for senior citizen center grants.

Funds may be used for construction, renovation, personal services, operating expenses, equipment purchase, and major maintenance of Senior Citizen Centers.

New rules and regulations may be adopted to carry out the intent of the appropriations without restriction by requirements applicable to other programs.

Funds may be supplemented with federal grants, donations, and unobligated agency funds, but cannot be drawn from existing Maintenance and General Operations appropriations.

Act takes effect on July 1, 2013 under emergency clause to ensure continuous operation of the agency.
