AR SB828

Adds Arkansas Code section 9-28-121 to allow recipients of foster care board payments or adoption subsidies from the Department of Human Services to elect electronic funds transfer direct deposit.

Requires the direct deposit to be made to a financial institution designated in writing by the beneficiary that is equipped for electronic funds transfers and has lawful authority to accept such deposits.

Authorizes the Department of Human Services to establish a special account to facilitate the direct deposit of foster care board payments and adoption subsidies.
