Amends Arkansas Code § 11-3-204 to allow school districts and their officers, agents, servants, and employees to disclose employment information about current or former employees with or without written consent.

Permits disclosure of nine categories of employment information: employment dates and duration, pay rate and wage history, job description and duties, last written performance evaluation, attendance information, drug or alcohol test results from prior year, workplace threats or harassment, voluntary or involuntary separation reasons, and rehire eligibility.

Allows school districts to disclose any additional information that may have bearing on hiring a current or former employee without written consent.

Establishes presumption of good faith for employers disclosing information and provides immunity from civil liability unless the disclosed information is proven false by preponderance of evidence and the employer knew of the falsity or acted with malice or reckless disregard for the truth.
