Amends Arkansas Code § 14-334-104 to require public transit authorities that transport members of the general public for compensation to maintain motor vehicle liability insurance for each vehicle they own, lease, or operate.

Establishes minimum motor vehicle liability insurance requirements of $500,000 for bodily injury or death of one person and $1,000,000 for bodily injury or death of two or more persons per accident.

Requires minimum property damage liability insurance of $500,000 for damage to or destruction of others' property per accident.

Mandates uninsured motorist liability insurance of $500,000 for bodily injury or death of one person and $1,000,000 for bodily injury or death of two or more persons per accident.

Limits governmental immunity from tort lawsuits for public transit authorities to the extent of their motor vehicle liability insurance coverage.
