Department of Workforce Services must enforce laws regarding ineligibility for extended unemployment benefits when recipients fail to accept or seek suitable work.

Director must submit quarterly reports to the Legislative Council detailing the number of cases of recipients accused of refusing valid job offers, case dispositions, and departmental policies to reduce refusals.

Department shall establish electronic reporting systems allowing employers to report benefit recipients who refuse job offers, fail drug tests, or fail to appear for work or interviews.

Department must notify employers at least twice per year about how to report benefit recipients who fail to accept jobs, using economically feasible electronic means.

Employers providing good faith reports of benefit recipients refusing jobs receive complete legal immunity and a complete defense against civil lawsuits arising from such reports.
