AR SB858

Amends Arkansas Code § 5-73-321 to allow persons with valid concealed handgun licenses from other states to carry concealed handguns in Arkansas with the same privileges and restrictions as Arkansas license holders

Removes the reciprocity requirement that previously mandated the issuing state must recognize Arkansas licenses before their licenses could be honored in Arkansas

Directs the Director of the Department of Arkansas State Police to determine which states' concealed handgun licenses will be recognized in Arkansas

Requires the Director to provide the list of recognized states to every law enforcement agency within Arkansas and update the list periodically
