Appropriates $543,265 to the Arkansas State Board of Dental Examiners for fiscal year ending June 30, 2014, including $169,278 for regular salaries and $50,058 for personal services matching.

Authorizes maximum of 3 employees: Executive Director (Grade C123), Investigator (Grade C117), and Administrative Specialist III (Grade C112).

Allocates operating expenses including $264,637 for operational expenses, $7,166 for conferences and travel, and $42,126 for professional fees.

Requires the Board to request legal services from the Attorney General first; outside legal counsel may only be employed with written Attorney General certification and Legislative Council or Joint Budget Committee approval.

Effective July 1, 2013 as an emergency measure necessary for agency operations.
