Moves nonpartisan judicial general elections to be held on the same date as the November general election instead of being held with preferential primary elections.

Changes nonpartisan judicial runoff elections to occur three (3) weeks following the November general election date instead of the same date and time as the November general election.

Allows nonpartisan judicial candidate names to be included on a single ballot rather than requiring separate ballots, though separate ballots remain available upon voter request.

Eliminates the requirement that voters participate in a political party's preferential primary in order to vote in nonpartisan judicial elections.

Modifies absentee ballot delivery deadlines and petition filing procedures to align with the new November general election timing for nonpartisan judicial races.
