Amends Arkansas Code § 23-64-301(a) regarding continuing education requirements for insurance producers

Allows resident insurance producers who qualified for exemptions under § 23-64-302(3) or (4) to maintain those exemptions if they move to another state and then return to Arkansas

Requires the returning producer to apply to the commissioner for reinstatement of the exemption

Permits exemption reinstatement only if the producer has maintained continuous licensing in Arkansas as either a resident or nonresident insurance producer since first qualifying for the exemption
