AR SB915

Establishes the "Postsecondary Education and Economic Development Act of 2013" in Arkansas Code Title 6, Chapter 60, Subchapter 2.

Allows persons who attended secondary school in Arkansas for at least 3 years and graduated from an Arkansas high school or received a general education diploma to pay in-state tuition rates at any state-supported institution of higher education.

Requires students without documented immigration status to file an affidavit with the higher education institution stating intent to legalize their immigration status.

Directs the Arkansas Higher Education Coordinating Board to promulgate rules necessary to implement the act.
