Amends Arkansas Code § 6-21-609 to add e-cigarettes to the existing prohibition on smoking and tobacco use on public school property.

Defines "e-cigarette" as an electronic oral device that provides nicotine or another substance vapor simulating smoking, including devices with heating elements, batteries, electronic circuits, and liquid nicotine delivery systems.

Extends the smoking and tobacco prohibition to cover real property owned or leased by public school districts (including public charter schools) and personal property such as school buses.

Requires posting of the statute in a conspicuous location at every entrance to school buildings and on every school bus used to transport students.

Establishes violation penalties of not less than $10.00 nor more than $100.00 for any person who violates the prohibition.
