Adds Arkansas Code § 7-1-111 prohibiting knowingly destroying ballots or ballot-related materials until 2 years after election certification and after the county board of election commissioners enters a destruction order

Defines "ballot or ballot related material" to include completed, cast, abandoned, or spoiled ballots; ballot stubs; voter statements; envelopes; affidavits; absentee ballot lists; absentee ballot applications; and lists of absentee ballot applications

Establishes destruction of ballots or ballot materials as an unclassified felony punishable by imprisonment of 1 to 6 years and a fine of up to $10,000
