Amends Arkansas Code § 9-5-103(1) to redefine "child safety center" to ensure access for specialized mental health services rather than limiting the definition to forensic mental health examinations.

Changes language in Arkansas Code § 9-5-110(d)(1) to require child safety centers to ensure access for specialized mental health services during child maltreatment investigations involving alleged sexual abuse and alleged severe physical abuse.

Clarifies that "child safety center" is commonly known as a "child advocacy center."

Replaces references to "forensic medical examinations" with language requiring centers to "ensure access for specialized mental health services" during investigations.
