Amends Arkansas Code § 12-12-913(a) to allow the Division of Medical Services to access sex offender registration records for Medicaid provider applicants.

Prohibits individuals required to register as sex offenders by court order from providing goods or services through the Arkansas Medicaid Program.

Extends the prohibition to individuals listed in the Federal Bureau of Investigation's National Sex Offender Registry or the U.S. Department of Justice Dru Sjodin National Sex Offender Public Website.

Applies the ban regardless of whether an individual appears on one or both national sex offender registries.
