Changes the felony classification for election-related criminal acts from Class D felony to an unclassified felony under Arkansas Code § 7-1-104(b)

Maintains imprisonment sentence of not less than one (1) year and not more than six (6) years

Maintains maximum fine of $10,000 for conviction of election-related felonies

Bars convicted persons from holding public office or employment in any state department from the date of conviction, with immediate removal if employed at time of conviction

Subjects persons convicted while holding public office to impeachment proceedings for misfeasance and malfeasance in office
