Notes 19 chapters of Alpha Kappa Alpha in Arkansas, consisting of 7 undergraduate chapters and 12 graduate chapters focused on education, arts, economic development, and health care

Acknowledges the sorority's mission of "Service to All Mankind" and its 2010-2014 theme of "Global Leadership through Timeless Service" addressing social justice, human rights, health, poverty, economic security, and environmental sustainability

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to provide an appropriate copy of this resolution to the national president of Alpha Kappa Alpha upon adoption
