Junior League has a mission of promoting volunteerism, developing women's potential, and improving the community through trained volunteers with over 1,200 members including medical professionals, attorneys, teachers, and civic leaders

Organization is committed to ensuring children have opportunities and services for physical, intellectual, emotional, and social growth, and promotes health, education, and welfare of women and families

Junior League has contributed 91 years of volunteer service to Little Rock and plans to focus the next 10 years on improving health and wellness, school preparedness, literacy, and nutrition
