Reappropriates balance from Act 252 of 2013, Item (B) Section 1 to Arkansas Building Authority for maintenance, renovation, construction, and repair of state-owned property in amount of $218,000 effective July 1, 2014

Reappropriates balance from Act 268 of 2013, Item (A) Section 1 to Arkansas Building Authority for maintenance, renovation, construction, and repair of state-owned property in amount of $40,000,000 effective July 1, 2014

Reappropriates $1,000,000 from Act 252 of 2013, Item (A) Section 2 to Arkansas Building Authority Maintenance Fund for critical maintenance of various state buildings effective July 1, 2014

Establishes that funds can only be disbursed within available State Treasury funds and must comply with state purchasing, accounting, budgetary procedures, and fiscal control laws unless otherwise specified by law
