Reappropriates balance of capital improvement appropriations for the Department of Correction effective July 1, 2014, totaling $26,430,686 from the General Improvement Fund and other departmental funds.

Allocates $13,000,000 for lease payments on institutional facilities at Malvern and Newport, $10,000,050 for Diagnostic Unit renovation in Pine Bluff, and $250,000 for critical physical plant maintenance.

Provides $200,000 for kitchen facility renovation at Wrightsville Unit and $1,720,000 for roofing projects and preventative maintenance across state facilities.

Reappropriates $500,000 from Act 628 of 2013 for England School Facility improvements for the ADC Training Academy.

Reappropriates $108,950 for various prison industry projects and $159,686 for various farm projects from respective departmental funds.
