Appropriates $2,799,743 to the Office of the Treasurer of State from the City-County Tourist Facilities Aid Fund for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2015.

Funds are designated for facility debt service and operating expenses for publicly owned eligible facilities authorized under the City-County Tourist Meeting and Entertainment Facilities Assistance Law.

Disbursement of funds must comply with the State Procurement Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, Revenue Stabilization Law, Regular Salary Procedures and Restrictions Act, and other applicable state fiscal control laws.

Act becomes effective July 1, 2014 as an emergency measure to ensure continuous operation of funded agencies and programs.
