Appropriates $138,948 to the Board of Examiners in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology for fiscal year ending June 30, 2015, including $52,479 for regular salaries and $6,000 for extra help.

Establishes one full-time Audiology Office Manager position (Grade C116) and authorizes one temporary or part-time employee as needed.

Allocates funds for operating expenses ($47,516), conferences and travel ($3,250), and professional fees ($12,800).

Requires the Board to contract with an outside investigator to conduct investigations and inspections of complaints regarding practitioners who endangered public health or violated practice act regulations.

Declares the act effective July 1, 2014 as an emergency measure necessary for the agency's continued operation.
