Appropriates $50,000 to the Department of Finance and Administration - Management Services Division - Employee Benefits Division for fiscal year 2013-2014, payable from the State Central Services Fund.

Funds are designated for operating expenses only, with no allocation for conference and travel, professional fees, capital outlay, or data processing.

Appropriation is supplemental to and in addition to funds previously appropriated by Act 1374 of 2013.

Disbursement must comply with the State Procurement Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, Revenue Stabilization Law, and other applicable fiscal control laws.

Bill is declared an emergency measure effective upon passage and approval due to insufficient funds for the Department to continue providing essential governmental services.
