Appropriates $215,000 to the Office of the Treasurer of State for fiscal year 2013-2014 for data processing system/services, payable from the State Central Services Fund.

Funds are supplemental and in addition to appropriations made in Act 81 of 2013.

Disbursement of funds must comply with the State Procurement Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, Revenue Stabilization Law, and other applicable state fiscal control laws and Department of Finance and Administration regulations.

Declares an emergency due to unforeseen circumstances making existing funds insufficient for the Office of the Treasurer of State to continue providing essential governmental services.

Bill becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval, or upon expiration of the Governor's veto period if not signed, or upon veto override if vetoed.
