Appropriates $80,000 to the Department of Rural Services for maintenance and operating expenses in fiscal year 2013-2014, payable from the Miscellaneous Agencies Fund Account.

Funds are supplemental and in addition to appropriations made in Section 7 of Act 150 of 2013.

All disbursements must comply with state procurement law, accounting and budgetary procedures law, revenue stabilization law, salary procedures restrictions, and Department of Finance and Administration regulations.

Funds must be used in compliance with stated reasons for adoption as documented in budget manuals, agency requests, executive recommendations, and legislative recommendations.

Contains emergency clause declaring the appropriation necessary for the Department of Rural Services to continue providing essential governmental services due to unforeseen circumstances.
