Appropriates $33,256 for the Parole Board for fiscal year 2013-2014, supplemental to existing funds from Act 275 of 2013, with $23,910 for regular salaries and $9,346 for personal services matching.

Authorizes 2 additional Administrative Specialist III positions (Grade C112) for the Parole Board beyond those authorized in Act 275 of 2013.

Funds payable from the Miscellaneous Agencies Fund Account for personal services and subject to State Procurement Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, Revenue Stabilization Law, and other fiscal control laws.

Declares an emergency clause due to insufficient funds for the Parole Board to continue essential governmental services, making the act effective immediately upon passage and approval.
