Reappropriates $500,000 for major maintenance and contingency appropriations for capital projects from Act 195 of 2013

Reappropriates $250,000 for Little Rock Zoo improvements including education building, Arkansas Farm exhibit, and general grounds maintenance

Reappropriates $120+ million for economic development district grants across multiple Arkansas regions and $40 million for Arkansas Hunger Relief Alliance grants

Reappropriates funds for various other purposes including broadband activities ($1,300,000), radiation therapy services ($250,000), flying school museums ($100,000), and grants to child advocacy centers ($100,000)
