• Establishes maximum number of 7,388 regular employees and 3,808 temporary/part-time employees for University of Arkansas and Arkansas Archeological Survey for fiscal year 2014-2015, with specified salary rates for each position

• Appropriates $237,403,616 from the University of Arkansas Fund for personal services and operating expenses across six divisions: Fayetteville Campus ($151.4M), Division of Agriculture ($72.9M), System Administration ($4.3M), Criminal Justice Institute ($3M), Archeological Survey ($3.3M), and Clinton School ($2.5M)
